Within festivities on the occasion of 50 years Lufthansa in Thailand, Thierry Antinori, Lufthansa Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales, visited the HelpAlliance project “Pattaya Orphanage” and handed over a check in the amount of 1 million Thai Baht.

By dispensing with customer presents and Christmas parties altogether this sum could be donated by Product Management, HelpAlliance topped it up with an additional amount of 10,000 euros and thus helped to make sure that a fire warning system could be purchased for the orphanage and the school associated with it. This „Fire Safety System” is urgently needed for the safe-keeping of the children, as fires have occurred in the surrounding area several times and disasters were only prevented by mere chance.
