Donations instead of Gifts – amazing story about a Frequent Travellers Birthday Wish
On the occasion of his 50th birthday celebration a Lufthansa HON Circle Member asked for a donation for Lufthansa HelpAlliance instead of receiving presents for himself.
Encouraged by his son, a Lufthansa Boeing 737 Co-Pilot assuring the Lufthansa HON Circle Member this donated money will be used for a good deed. “His reports totally convinced me of the particularly responsible and sensible use of the donated money.” As a result, HelpAlliance received a total sum of approximately 16.000 euros.
