HelpAlliance Collects Donations for Peru and India

Again people in various parts of the world are in need of our support. This time, Peru and India were struck by natural disaster, so the people there urgently need help.

The earthquake in Peru on August 15th caused huge damage. The earth shook for about 2 minutes with a strength of 7,9 on the Richter scale. Now the people of Peru are missing basic necessities – food, tents, and blankets, just to name a few. The organization Pachamama, that we have supported in the past in rebuilding and running its street children project in Nasca, will take care of distributing the needed goods on location.

We will also be active in India, where there was much flooding after the unusually strong rainfalls in August. Many people are still suffering from the consequences of the strong monsoon season. Our project partners on location will help with relief work.
