Two new Projects in Brazil

HelpAlliance assists in reconstructing a primary school in Porto Alegre and finances the building of a vocational training centre in Santarém at the Amazon.

HelpAlliance was able to distribute simultaneously financial means for two projects in Brazil. The first one is located in the south of the country, and second in the Amazon region.

The HelpAlliance funds contribute to guarantee the safety of pupils and teachers in a school located at the edge of a slum. The existing fence is so dilapidate that it offers no protection against assaults. So the construction of a new fence is a drastic improvement of the situation.

In the Amazon region, however, the construction of a vocational training centre will be co-financed, thus supporting the population moving to Santarém from the surrounding rural region and who live in an extremely difficult situation.
