Finally there’s water in Dioundiourou
It’s completed – the much anticipated well for Dioundiourou. And it’s not only the children of the school in the Malian village of Dogon country who benefit from it. The whole village has seen an increase in their quality of life.
It’s completed – the much anticipated well for Dioundiourou. And it’s not only the children of the school in the Malian village of Dogon country who benefit from it. The whole village has seen an increase in their quality of life.
HelpAlliance financed the construction of the well, but this project initiated by a colleague from Lufthansa Technik would have never been completed, had it not been for a generous donation that was received as well.
When the air compressor of the local construction company broke and was not reparable, there was no other compressor to be found in Mali. It was Bilfinger Berger and Lufthansa Cargo that helped immediately and without any bureaucracy that would have slowed them down. The compressor that was donated by the construction company was transported to Mali via Dakar within two weeks.
